Jeff Blake

Jeff Blake is a Managing Partner at FCS and is a subject matter expert on price reporting and other compliance obligations associated with the Federal Supply Schedule, Medicaid, 340B and Medicare programs with a specific focus on contracting, pricing and market access strategies within the Federal market.

He combines extensive regulatory and market access insight with deep industry knowledge to support pharmaceutical and biotech clients at all stages of their product life cycle. Additionally, he regularly advises clients in the evaluation of potential opportunities and strategies including merger & acquisition diligence support, pre‐deal commercial contracting analysis and government pricing impact analyses.

Prior to founding FCS, Jeff worked in the Life Sciences Advisory practice at Deloitte where he advised a large portfolio of clients on all matters related to government pricing, contracting and compliance.
