Walt Worsham

Walt is a Managing Director at FCS and is based in the Atlanta area. He has over 16 years of work experience in financial planning and analysis in life sciences and health care. Walt has an experienced background in Gross‐to‐Net forecasts and accounting reserves. He has advised numerous pharmaceutical and biotech clients on commercial and government liabilities, pricing/GTN optimization, contracting strategy, trade and distribution strategy, accruals reserve methodology, and fair market value.

Prior to FCS, Walt led the Gross to Net Advisory practice at Deloitte where he led a wide range of services around GP, Commercial Contract Strategy, fair market value, and GTN. Prior to Deloitte, Walt worked in corporate finance at a leading pharmaceutical distributor.

He has led many high‐profile Gross to Net, commercial contracting, and distribution strategy engagements and has also led many BFSF and FMV projects for Top 20 manufacturers and has a deep understanding of the dynamic healthcare ecosystem.
